Unfortunately he'll say he saw those big ass cans on the car and then it's up to you. A statement from GReddy or a copy of the certificate you mentioned might help. But it could just be a big waste of time. Me? I'd probably go to court and take a shot. But of course I'm a lawyer and dismantling a CHP case is something I've done, A LOT. :-)
